This is far closer to what I had in mind. Still not quite there but at least lighting and shadows are cooperating with me a bit more now. The materials are still giving me trouble however.

Not at all happy with the result, I was unable to get it to work for me and due to leaving town early this is all I am able to upload. I have done the work to this point and spent hours trying to sort this out. Will have to sort something out before the final hand-in.
